II. Purpose of the association: to encourage academic researches related to national parks, and to promote natural conservation.

III. Missions
1. To conduct academic researches, investigations, and planning, of resources in national parks.
2. To hold symposiums and publicity activities on natural conservation.
3. To conduct commissioned researches and personnel trainings.
4. To promote connection and collaboration between domestic and foreign related organizations.
5. To write, edit, translate, and publish relevant books and journals.
6. To collect domestic and foreign information.
7. To establish foundation or research center engaged in designs of hardware and software related to national parks.
8. To promote, guide, and operate other businesses related to national parks.
